かつて私は、目まぐるしい変化の渦中にいました。華やかな時代の最先端を駆け抜ける、ITエンジニアという世界。昨日の常識が今日の旧式となり、日進月歩で新しい技術が生まれては消えていく……そんな目まぐるしい旋風の中で暮らしていた私に、ある日、運命の転機が訪れます。

一つのきっかけに導かれるようにして、私はお寺の門を叩き、僧侶としての道を歩み始めました。

天台宗の学校で行った、初めてのインド研修旅行。熱気と混沌に満ちたその地で、見るもの、触れるものすべてに、なぜか深い懐かしさを覚えたのを今でも鮮明に記憶しています。

修行が一区切りつき、吸い寄せられるように再び降り立ったインド。そこで出会ったのは、目の不自由な子どもたちでした。「彼らのために、自分に何ができるだろう？」——模索する私を助けてくれたのは、現地でボランティアとして子どもたちを支えていた滞在先の兄弟でした。彼から学ぶインドの真の姿は、私の価値観を心地よく揺さぶっていきます。

そして訪れた、運命の瞬間。アーユルヴェーダ医師、そしてヒンドゥー教の僧侶との出会い。「オイルマッサージ」という存在すら知らなかった私にとって、「アーユルヴェーダ」との出逢いは、人生の軸を根底から変える鮮烈なターニングポイントとなったのです。

時代の最先端を走っていたITエンジニアが、仏教の悟りを求め、やがてアーユルヴェーダという生命の叡智に辿り着いた——。 一見するとバラバラに見えるこの3つの世界が、どのように交差し、一つの大きな物語へと紡がれていくのか。私の挑戦は、ここから始まります。

「これもできない、あれもできない。一体このシステムは、何ができるというのか？」

近年のGoogleシステムをはじめとする最先端のIT環境に触れたとき、多くの人がこのような疑問を抱きます。しかし現代のシステムは、その「できない理由（エラー）」の裏側を、私たちに開示してくれるようになりました。

元ITエンジニアだった私は、その裏側にある真相を知っています。そこにあったのは、最先端テクノロジーを駆使した複雑怪奇な数式などではありませんでした。驚くほどシンプルで、泥臭いほど単純な、ある種の「アナログな仕掛け」――すなわち、『許可されたもの以外は、絶対に中に入れない』という、冷徹なまでの防壁（セキュリティ）だったのです。

その本質に気づいてから、私の人生のストリーム（潮流）は音を立てて変わり始めました。

アーユルヴェーダの道に足を踏み入れて、今年で10年以上が経過します。当初の私は、教えの内容を理解する以前に、言葉の意味を調べることだけで途方に暮れていました。初めて触れるヒンディー語やサンスクリット語は、読み書きすらできません。翻訳機で一度英語に変換し、それをさらに日本語へ翻訳する。そんな気の遠くなるような作業が、来る日も来る日も続きました。

それはまさに、IT時代の分厚い仕様書を隅々まで読破するような、あるいは仏門に入り、難解な経典の意味を理解し記憶するような、圧倒的な孤独の作業でした。 しかし、このプロセスを通して、私はある一つの強烈な真理に到達したのです。

それは、「人間は、宇宙のすべてを理解することなど到底できない」という事実を、身をもって『理解』したということでした。

だからこそ、私の中にずっと消えない「違和感」があります。世間が呼ぶような「サロン」「スパ」「セラピスト」といった言葉に対して、私はどうしても馴染むことができないのです。

なぜなら私は、単なる癒やしの技術者ではないからです。密教の僧侶として仏に仕え、そしてアーユルヴェーダの起源である最高神「ブラフマー」の聖なる知恵を正当に受け継ぐ者として、この日本に本当の生命科学を根付かせたいという、命がけの信念があるからです。

理解の及ばない偉大な知恵だからこそ、安易に変えてはならない。厳重に守らなければならない。

世界最強のITシステムが教えてくれた「防壁」の重要性。

聖なる教えを命がけで守ってきた密教の「秘匿性」。

そして、宇宙の真理そのものである「アーユルヴェーダ」。

バラバラに存在していた私の人生の点と点が、今、一つの大河となって激しく流れ出しました。

最先端のテクノロジーとセキュリティの世界に身を置いていた私は、デジタル社会において「利便性」以上に大切なのは、大切なデータやシステムを悪意から守り抜く「強古なセキュリティ（防壁）」です。何でも自由にアクセスできるシステムは、裏を返せば脆弱性だらけで脆いという本質を、私は誰よりも理解していました。

その後、ご縁をいただき、私は日本の密教の僧侶となりました。 そこで知ったのは、ITの世界と全く同じ「守るべき聖域」の姿でした。密教の教えや儀礼（事相・教相）は、一歩間違えれば人の心身や環境を狂わせる強力な力を持つため、阿闍梨から弟子へと「面授口伝」で厳格に秘匿され、何千年も守られ続けてきたのです。許可（灌頂）なき者には決して開かれないその伝統は、まさに人類最古の「最高峰のアクセス制御システム」でした。

そして今、私は僧侶として、古代インドの生命科学である「アーユルヴェーダ」を提供しています。

なぜ、元ITエンジニアであり僧侶である私が、アーユルヴェーダなのか。

それは、この3つが私のなかで「完全に一致したから」に他なりません。

アーユルヴェーダもまた、人間の生命や地球そのものに影響を与えるほどの深遠な知識ゆえに、かつては厳しい師弟関係の中で厳重にロックされ、秘匿されてきた神聖な医療システムです。しかし現代の商業主義は、誰もが簡単にアクセスできる便利さと引き換えに、その本質を勝手にアレンジ（改ざん）し、ただの「カジュアルなおしゃれスパ」へと矮小化させてしまいました。

私は、これを看過することができません。

「本当に価値があり、強力なものは、正しく制限され、厳重に守られなければならない。」

これはITエンジニアとしての私の規律であり、密教の僧侶としての私の誓いであり、アーユルヴェーダを扱う者としての私の誇りです。

当サロンは、誰にでも都合の良い、安価な癒やしの場所ではないかもしれません。しかし、だからこそ、当サロンの扉を叩いてくださるお客様には、元ITエンジニアの緻密な視点と、僧侶としての祈り、そして一切の妥妥なく守り抜かれた「本物のアーユルヴェーダの技術と知識」だけを、安全な聖域（結界）の中でお届けすることをお約束いたします。

Once, I lived in the midst of dizzying change. I was an IT engineer, racing through the cutting edge of a flamboyant era where yesterday’s common sense became today’s relic, and new technologies emerged and dissolved in the blink of an eye. Living within that relentless whirlwind, fate brought me a turning point one day.

Guided by a single pivotal moment, I knocked on the gates of a temple and embarked on the path of a Buddhist monk.

During my first study trip to India with the Tendai school, amidst the intense heat and chaotic energy of that land, I vividly recall feeling a deeply strange sense of nostalgia in everything I saw and touched.

Once my ascetic training reached a milestone, as if drawn by an invisible force, I set foot in India once more. There, I encountered visually impaired children. "What can I possibly do for them?"—as I searched for answers, the brothers at my accommodation, who were volunteering to support these children, lent me a helping hand. The true essence of India that I learned through them comfortably shook the very foundation of my values.

And then came the moment of destiny: my meeting with an Ayurvedic doctor and a Hindu monk. For someone who did not even know the existence of "oil massage," encountering Ayurveda became a vivid turning point that fundamentally shifted the axis of my life.

An IT engineer who once ran at the forefront of modern times, sought enlightenment in Buddhism, and ultimately arrived at the ancient wisdom of life known as Ayurveda—. Three worlds that appear entirely disjointed at first glance—how do they intersect and weave into a single, grand narrative?

My journey begins here.

“Why can’t I do this? Why is that blocked? What is this system even capable of?” This is a question many ask when first encountering today’s cutting-edge IT environments, such as Google’s systems. Today, however, these systems have begun to disclose the reasons behind their restrictions—the logic behind the error. Having spent my early career as an IT engineer, I knew exactly what lay behind those error screens. It was not a labyrinth of incomprehensible, hyper-advanced equations. Rather, it was something profoundly simple, almost analog in its stubbornness: a firewall operating on the absolute rule that nothing enters unless explicitly authorized. The moment I recognized this fundamental truth, the stream of my life began to shift with immense momentum.

It has now been over a decade since I stepped onto the path of Ayurveda. In the beginning, long before I could even grasp the depths of its teachings, I was utterly overwhelmed just trying to decipher the words. I could neither read nor write Hindi or Sanskrit. My days were consumed by a grueling, endless cycle: running the text through a translator into English, and then translating that English into Japanese. It was a solitary, monolithic endeavor—no different from reading through thousands of pages of dense IT technical specifications, or entering the priesthood to memorize and internalize complex Buddhist sutras. yet, through this exhausting process, I arrived at a singular, undeniable truth: I came to truly understand that human intellect is incapable of fully understanding the entirety of the cosmos.

This realization is precisely why I have always felt a persistent sense of dissonance. I have never been able to align myself with casual terms like "salon," "spa," "masseur," or "therapist." That discomfort remains unchanged to this day. I am not merely a technician of relaxation. As a monk of Esoteric Buddhism serving the divine, and as one who rightfully inherits the sacred wisdom of Brahma—the creator and origin of Ayurveda—I carry a life-bound conviction to establish this true science of life here in Japan.

Because this wisdom is too vast for human ego to comprehend, it must never be carelessly altered. It must be strictly guarded.

The paramount importance of the "firewall" taught to me by the world’s most secure IT systems. The "absolute secrecy" of Esoteric Buddhism, which has protected sacred rituals at the cost of lives. And "Ayurveda," the very truth of the universe itself.

The once-scattered dots of my life have now converged into a single, powerful river.

I once immersed myself in the world of cutting-edge technology and cybersecurity as an IT engineer. In a digital society, what matters even more than "convenience" is a robust firewall that defends invaluable data from malicious intent. I understood better than anyone that a system open to everyone, accessible without restriction, is inherently vulnerable and fragile.

Later, guided by destiny, I became a monk of Japanese Esoteric Buddhism. There, I encountered the exact same concept of a "sacred sanctuary" that I knew from the IT world. The profound teachings and rituals (Jiso and Kyoso) of Esoteric Buddhism possess immense power—power that, if misused, can destabilize a person's mind, body, and environment. For this reason, they have been strictly concealed and passed down through millennia exclusively from master to disciple via Menju-Kuden (oral transmission). This tradition, sealed away from anyone lacking proper authorization (Kanjō), is nothing less than humanity’s oldest, most sophisticated access-control system.

And now, as a monk, I offer the ancient Indian science of life: Ayurveda. Why does a former IT engineer and current monk practice Ayurveda? Because in my eyes, these three domains are completely identical.

Ayurveda, too, is a divine medical system whose knowledge is so profound that it directly impacts human life and the earth itself. Historically, it was strictly locked away and protected within rigorous master-disciple lineages. Yet, modern commercialism has traded this essence for the sake of universal accessibility and convenience. It has been compromised, altered, and diluted into nothing more than a casual, trendy spa experience. I refuse to overlook this.

“That which holds true value and power must be rightfully restricted and strictly guarded.”

This is my discipline as a former IT engineer, my vow as an Esoteric Buddhist monk, and my pride as a practitioner of Ayurveda.

This sanctuary may not be a cheap, universally convenient place of leisure. But for that very reason, to those who knock on our door, I promise to deliver only the authentic technology and knowledge of Ayurveda—completely uncompromised, viewed through the meticulous lens of a former engineer, infused with the prayers of a monk, and safely contained within a secure sanctuary.

Please, step into this woven tapestry of absolute serenity (Seihitsu), and surrender your precious mind and body to our care.
