京都四条大宮の由緒あるお寺でアーユルヴェーダを受けられる機会をご理解のあるご尊住から賜り「お寺でアーユルヴェーダ」が再開致します。
日本では数少ない寺院での施術を僧侶自らがお手当させていただきます。同じ天台系では滋賀県大津市の西教寺さんがお寺でアーユルヴェーダを実践されております。

アマラキ（学名：Phyllanthus emblica ）は、インドの伝統医学アーユルヴェーダで「若返りの果実」として知られるスーパーフルーツです。レモンの約7倍ともいわれる豊富なビタミンC、ポリフェノールを含み、強力な抗酸化作用による免疫力強化や美肌・健康維持効果が期待されています。
人気のハーブとは
アーユルヴェーダでは天然植物（ハーブ）を使用するのが一般的な施術となります。一番分り易いのはセサミオイル（白ごま油）や胡椒、ナツメグ、滋養強壮にはシラジットやシャタバリなど多くの植物が利用されています。男性向けの健康的な機能強化、若返り（ラサヤナ）にご好評いただいております。
